Canned meats: Spam, Chicken, Tuna (Roast beef or beef stew is not usually a good choice)

Soups

Tea Bags

Coffee (small cans only)

Powdered milk or non-refrigerated milk

Box mixes of cakes, cornbread, biscuits - NOT bags of flour

Sugar - only in small two pound bags

Grits/Oatmeal

Spaghetti sauce & Noodles (one pound bag/box only)

Canned Fruits & Vegetables (corn, green beans, mixed veggies, diced tomatoes, green peas, applesauce, peaches, pears, pineapple, fruit cocktail)

Peanut Butter & Jelly

Instant Mashed Potatoes

Mac & Cheese (We are okay on this for now)

Saltines (in sleeves)

Rice*

Dried Beans*

* These items are bagged into Ziploc's in 2 and 3 cup portions, so size is not an issue.
